Returns & Refunds
We’ll gladly accept unworn merchandise in its original packaging within 90 days of purchase for a full refund. If 90 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. To initiate a return, please use our contact form to get in touch with us.
Personalized and/or customized goods are exempt from being returned unless the product arrives defective.
Additional non-returnable items:
* Gift cards
* Sale items - sale items are final sale and cannot be returned
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase, this can simply be your order number.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable):
* Any item that is returned more than 90 days after delivery
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable):
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
We are happy to repair and/or replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange your item, send us an email at email@example.com.
If you are sending a return item from outside of Canada, you will also have to fill out a simple customs declaration form. Your local post office or carrier will be able to assist you with this. Additionally, we are always here to help walk you through this form as well. Please contact us if you need any assistance with this.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We strongly recommend you keep your shipping receipt and tracking number in the event that we do not receive your product.
